The employee who assisted me went above and beyond in helping me. He was so kind, and he ended up saving me tons of money that I would have spent if I had gone get my car diagnosed because he just took a few minutes out of his day to check my car out. I was very pleased with my experience here!

Date of Visit: 2/1/2020 OVERVIEW - 4.75 Came here when we were trying to pick up a large item we had purchased off of Facebook, and realized that we had no tie-downs with the pickup that we were borrowing. So we stopped by for a quick buy. LOCATION - 5 Found the location real easy in a good location. PRICE - 4 I'm cheap and wasn't fond of the price, but hey the quality of the product is good, so we went with it. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 We purchased 15 feet tie-downs in a double pack. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A Probably some pointers or perks, but not sure what they were. EMPLOYEES - 5 The employee that helped us was rather knowledgeable and was able to direct us to what we needed. He was also friendly natured, and bid us a good remainder of the weekend and rooted for the 49ers for Super Bowl Sunday.
Their worker Rick is honestly the rudest person I have come across. I’ve had very good customer service with the other workers but this guy had an overall rude attitude towards me for no reason whatsoever. He talked badly about another worker to me even though I’m very fond of the other worker. Honestly ruined my experience don’t know if I’ll come back to this location
