We called ahead to check if a certain part was in stock, it was, and they had it ready for us at the cash register when we arrived. They even helped carry it out. Excellent service!
Great customer service and they go above and beyond any other auto parts store in what they'll do for your business. Very knowledgeable staff and they'll even help install some parts you buy (like a battery) and test parts to make sure you get the right item. I recommend this location over any other and over every other auto parts store. Great deals great people great store.
Most basic auto parts and supplies can be found here and if you can't find it in store they can order it for you. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & eager to help. Over all great place to shop for my auto part needs.
The staff at this store are awesome; they are super helpful, professional and extremely friendly! I spent almost 2hrs in their parking lot earlier today working on my truck with them continually coming out to check on me, bringing me tools to use and offering a hand when needed. Super impressed with this store and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to shop that is beyond just another parts store.
Inconsistent knowledge/ recommendations from staff that could result in vehicle problems. Asking for an oil recommendation got me two entirely different answers. Taking my business elsewhere.
I bought a new battery and Oseras went out of his way to assist me. This was very welcomed because I had a rough day until this point.
