I stopped for parts on 11-30-20 at 4:55pm. Multiple signs on the doors and windows indicated masks were mandatory. I was glad to see compliance with state mandates, acknowledgement of science, and respect for the community. But the employee at the counter had his facewrap around his neck, not covering his chin, mouth, or nose. I put my parts on the counter and asked, "Would you put your mask up?" He shook his head, said "Nope," and left it around his neck. So I left the parts on the counter and went to Napa where they had masks on before they even saw me come through the door.

I had a really odd deal, a K &N air filter (not cheap) from over a year ago... I just found it and they gave me credit for the wrong item and I bought the right size..they honor Veterans, too... Great customer service, great Shawn Team..
