The assistant manager, I didn’t catch his name, is amazing. My car battery died, and he was kind enough to change the battery out for me. He took extra care to clean up the connectors (my battery had so much corrosion build up), and the housing for the battery. He deserves a raise!!

Great staff. Like most parts stores they might not have it in the store but they can get it pretty damned quick.
This is most often our first choice of auto parts store, it's a decent place with great staff. They don't always have what we're looking for, seeing as we're renovating a classic car, but they have a broad selection of genetic parts and tools and various car related items. Overall a good store.
I love my Jeep Wrangler and I've had several of them. But the wipers they come with just don't seem to hold up in Maine winters. Stopped at O'Reilly's and everyone is super friendly. They came out and double checked what size wipers I needed in and put them on for me. I felt bad having them go out in a blizzard but they were very good-natured about it. And the wipers are fantastic!
They are always available to help. Very attentive.
Tool rental is my absolute favorite part about this store. The parts they offer are good & all, and the prices are pretty great too, but as a young person starting off in the DIY mechanic world, you can not beat their tool rental deal. Full refund when you bring it back, no matter what it is. Absolutely outstanding. Love O'Riley's
