I was lied to multiple times by the owner, Mike Lierman. He would set up appointments and never call or show up. I'm not sure we even got our own laptop back, my daughter who uses it says it's not. All of our data was wiped off the hard drive. We took it in because 2 keyboard keys were not working. It took 3 months to get it back. They had good Yelp reviews, so we thought they were ok, now I know Mike writes his own fake good reviews and manipulates the bad ones, by getting rid of them or making up a new profile. His responses to reviews are typically not true. I strongly suggest you use anyone else. Save yourself a headache.

My XPS 13 Laptop was taken in on October 23 for a broken port, and never returned to me. I didn't get a response from Invise or Mike until November 4 or 5 when I had set so many appointments and demanded to see them for an update on my laptop. They told me my laptop was unusable, and gave me a Lenovo from 2012 instead of my original. The computer had another person's personal data on the hard drive. Makes me wonder where my personal information on my Dell is now.
Horrible experience here. Unprofessional, and they’re dodging the law.
