The service department employees at Orem Mazda are very attentive and efficient. They communicate quickly through text message. I appreciate that they explain recommended service add-ons in a no pressure way. The entire facility is really clean and inviting. Service is completed in a timely manner and then I get a text immediately. They even wash my car for me. Alex and Monte and Wayne are all very professional. Before coming to Orem Mazda I had gone to the same shop to service my car’s for more than 20 years. These guys have convinced me to switch. They are that good!

Buying a car with Mazda of Orem and Marco was a very painless process. Marco was very patient with us as we explored our options and made our decision. Talking with him felt more like talking with a person, and less like talking with a salesperson. We felt confident that we were being treated fairly, which ultimately led us to our decision to purchase the vehicle. When we pulled up, Marco greeted us outside and we explained what we wanted in a car and what we were able to pay. After looking at their inventory he gave us our options below, at, and above our original price point. Once we test drove the car we liked we were given all the time needed to make a decision before moving forward. They were able to match the low interest rate our credit union offered and even lowered the price to incentivize us to use their lender, which we did. One thing that stood out and made the experience exceptional was when we were waiting to meet with finance. Instead of leaving us and trying to help other customers like you’d expect at a busy car dealership, Marco stayed with us and we had a nice conversation. They had plenty of people employed to help everyone there on a Saturday afternoon, which was great because it allowed for Marcos attention to be focused on us from the moment we got there to the moment we drove off the lot. Also, the free soda fountain and water bottles were a nice touch.
