We have been thinking about getting a piano for years and have gone back and forth with what to do. We are getting ready to renovate our home so we wanted to have flexibility in the piano we purchased. Joe helped us find a BEAUTIFUL CSP-170 digital piano! The sound was amazing and the features are beyond what we could have expected. Great service and great product!!!

I had a very positive experience at the Piano Gallery. We were helped by Joe and he was knowledgeable and listened to which piano would best suit our needs. On top of it, there wasn’t any pushiness or pressure to purchase anything. Joe was jovial and made our experience an overall 10/10. Joe and Rich have been amazing to work with. They were both so wonderful, helpful, and kind with all of our millions of questions. We felt taken care of during the purchasing process and feel confident in the post care they offer as well. The prices are extremely fair. Piano Gallery is the place to come, no doubt. I’m elated about purchasing my piano and equally as elated with the process, which is a big deal when making a large purchase!

DO NOT sell your piano by consignment with the Piano Gallery! Their contract is very vague, no time frame on what to expect with a wide range of what you can expect to receive. I was moving and had to quickly sell my Baldwin console which was in excellent condition. It had appraised ten years earlier from a different consignment shop for 2500. I wrongly assumed I would get a decent amount on the higher end of Piano Gallery’s range. After a 8 month nightmare of inquires, (“you’ll have to check with Joe”, call back tomorrow after 1:00, let me check on that, I’ll call you back, you haven’t received that check?” )etc, etc!! Finally received 500 in the mail, the very lowest number on the price range. I think if I hadn’t kept checking on it I’d never have received a penny. I felt taken! The only thing good to say, Joe was always courteous and nice on the phone calls.
We are very pleased with our time spent at the Piano Gallery. We came in a few years ago and Rich was very helpful and low pressure. We also worked with Joe later on. We were not quite ready at the time so it made it very comfortable to come back a few years later and purchase the piano we had hearts set on.
My wife and I stopped in to the Piano Gallery in Orem to compare Yamaha piano models and pick one out for her. Joe Beagley, the salesman that was working with us, was attentive without being overbearing. He answered all of our questions, anticipated other questions that we hadn’t even considered. He helped us to find the perfect piano for my wife and we bought it that same day. We needed to delay our delivery for a few days but a quick call to Joe when we were ready resulted in an early arrival by the team that delivered and assembled the piano for us. Exceptional sales and service at the Piano Gallery and an absolutely amazing piano from Yamaha at a very good price.
