Amazing trail, just stay on your walking or biking path. Great for longboarding.

Such a great trail. Lots of room, 2 bike lanes and a pedestrian lane. Gradual incline. Great views. Friendly people.

Parking lot routinely fills up. There are no services here. It would be nice to have at least a portapotty after a long bike ride around the Alpine Loop.

What's a room to park and a great place to start your walk up the Provo River Trail

Shaded, mild climb. Three lanes: one for pedestrians, two bidirectional lanes for boards and bikes. Can be short or long. You choose when to turn around. Parks with pavilions, tables, restrooms, water and playgrounds along the way. Stop at Bridal Veil Falls to cool your heels. Or keep on the trail to Vivian Park where tubing or rafting can be enjoyed. Bring a fishing pole for the lower Provo reservoir. I get on the road at Vivian and continue ride to the upper reservoir, or abandon all wisdom and ride into Heber or Midway for great Mexican food before turning around for home (75 miles roundtrip). Great trail. Many possibilities.
