Delivery
Love the whole milk! So good. Making an order or adjusting it is super easy.

We love Rosehill and have been getting deliveries for several years! Good old fashioned service from the operator himself. He has great communication (letting us know if delivery will be late because he has a sick child (which is extremely rare) or if something will be out of stock). We love the milk and even though it's more expensive, we love supporting small, local businesses. The milk tastes better too. (PS. STAY AWAY from Winder Diary! Rosehill is the complete opposite.)
My husband and I have received weekly deliveries and have been happy customers for over a year now! We even got my brother and sister in law on board. There has been one or two occasions where we were emailed about substitutions in our order, but we appreciated being notified and given options. We met Simon in person at the farmers market and he is a very kind and reasonable guy. We’re happy to support local farmers.
My favorite service every week. I look forward to each weeks delievery. The milk is sooooo good and I dont even have to leave my house. The people who run it are very helpful and kind and skipping services is very easy. The prices are low for the quality of the product. I reccomend their creamline milk to everyone!
OK only if you are sure you want it. Not something if you want to 'trial' it. Haven't been able to cancel, and the phone always goes to voice mail. No ability to cancel online. The milk was delicious. The eggs were average (albeit free-range).
I've been a customer for a year and a half. Getting milk and produce delivered from Rosehill is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
The product is good. However, they gave us milk that went sour almost immediately. We asked to be compensated with a new delivery, to which he responded that he would only compensate with product that "would otherwise be discarded."
Good milk, but terrible service. The first strike was when there was tons of cream jamming the top of the milk carton. He left a note saying he would give us a credit if we wanted. We thought that was great until we called and he went back on his word, refusing to compensate us in any way. Strike two was on the next order when they didn't deliver the amount we ordered. Strike three was when it all went bad in one week. They never gave us a discount and it cost us way too much. We thought it would be fun to have a "milkman," but our experience was terrible. Who doesn't give a discount to a dissatisfied customer even after they come back?
