Super helpful, Very fast. They keep preventive maintenance in mind when working on older abused tv sets. I was impressed with how fast the process of dropping a tv off, ordering parts and installation was. They know what they are doing here.

First off, I only called in to get some information. They haven't done any work for me, nor do I see them doing any work in the future for me. Our TV screen broke and I was calling to get an estimate, perhaps they could fix it for cheaper than getting a new TV, I was really hoping so. Their website seemed to boast they were miracle workers and gave great rates. Rick just kept repeating it's cheaper to get a new tv... it's cheaper to get a new tv... I truly hope it's not because I'm a women, but he then proceeded to explain things to me like I was a child. (Still never giving me a number, any number, for a cost.) I may not have invented the TV, but I think I've grasped how it works. Thanks Rick. I'll for sure be referring people your way... ;)
We were caught in a bind today when our TV crashed a few hours before our New Years party where the TV would be the main event. We panicked and called shops all over.
