Serena helped give me the confidence I needed to feed my second baby. With a different experience than my first, she helped me and my family so much and we are still so grateful for her kind, knowledgeable, and timely support. She is an absolute angel and a tremendous advocate for all mothers. Highly recommend.

Serena is the real deal. Over the past 7 years of getting to know her through Bay Area Breast Feeding Support group, I have learned that I can turn to Serena for the most scientifically sound, moral, up to date information on anything breast feeding related (and many other topics that are unrelated). She is generous and fair with her time and an incredibly hard working person. If you are looking for an educated, loving resource, look no further.

Serena is amazing! She has helped so many moms like me on her breastfeeding journey, answering even the silliest of questions we had, within a a few hours. She has listened to us, and gives us just the right advice /solution we needed! I cannot stress how much the Bay area breastfeeding group has helped me exclusive breastfeed my daughter for more than a year now!

I had a feeling my baby's spit up was not normal. I was also nursing him him every two hours and he wasn't gaining much weight around 10 weeks. When I brought these concerns to his doctor, she dismissed me as being overly worried and said he was small because of his genes. I sought an external opinion with Serena. The first thing she said when I undressed him was that he needed more fat and after witnessing his spit up noted that he had severe reflux and recommended we use medication to help his reflux. I took Serena's assessment to my doctor and after she prescribed the medication his weight slowly started to go up! I trust Serena more than I trusted the doctor and it paid off for my baby's health. Serena is smart, honest, and trustworthy on anything related to babies and breastfeeding and I couldn't recommend her enough. Don't sit around at night worrying, call Serena, get you and your baby some help, and get yourself some peace of mind.

Serena was so helpful to me when I was having difficulty with my son's latch. She was able to provide me with support through an online meeting since we were in covid lockdown when my son was born. She helped me identify a tongue tie and advised me as I worked through resolving that and his latch. She also provided me with support when I had mastitis. I'm happy to report that my son and I are still in a healthy and happy breastfeeding relationship and he's soon turning one. This wouldn't have been possible without Serena and her expertise.
