Recycling was not picked up again for our street. Called WM and was told due to weather conditions truck skipped our street. Street pavement was good for newspaper carrier car, Amazon, UPS, FedX trucks all morning and afternoon, U.S.Mail and resident s to use. This is Michigan and your drivers need training to learn to here or stop recycling. Dumpster bin is full and too heavy to push back up steep drive Told to transfer everything to trash dumpster. My neighbors are also fed up with WM incompetence.

Never answer the phone. Who knows what the fees are until you get there and the random person taking your cash makes up the fee.
