Called these guys twice to ask about a few products and how to connect them (telescope and guidescope, camera and telescope). Both people I've talked to on the phone were extremely knowledgably, excited to talk all things astronomy, and couldn't wait to tell me more. Really refreshing from the same calls I tried to have with one of their distributors that had no answers. Would recommend over and over again. I'll be buying Orion products from now on, and going straight to the source.

Called to buy a part for my telescope. Customer rep said they wouldn’t sell me a part since I didn’t purchase thru them, I know where I won’t be purchasing my next telescope.
