Very clean facility. Been coming here for years. Lift drivers have a great attitude and you never pull tarps in the mud. All lumber stored inside and parking lot paved. Parking out front overnight, no facilities.

Dutchess county Ny Unfortunately In January of 2018, when delivering the trusses to my home for a garage that was being built; the driver instead of getting out of the truck and looking at the load and surroundings, drove clearly over a curb, getting the tip of the trusses stuck on a curb ,after gunning it, the truck went clear off the side of the driveway, crushing and lifting good portion of the side of my paved driveway; the driver apologized for the damage, took photos and said his boss would take care of it; to call them. Things happen during construction; it’s understandable. After pulling back out and rearranging the trusses; he easily pulled into our spacious driveway, but then laid the outriggers on the bottom edge of the driveway there and sunk that too. This is after multiple work trucks, 3 concrete trucks were in and out of my driveway during the week, causing no damage at all. After a few days I spoke with who I guess is the owner and he said he , his company was not responsible for his driver going completely off the driveway and causing that or any damage; that the contractor is responsible. After speaking with the contractor he said the truss company is responsible. So after numerous phone calls both the truss company and contractor did nothing about the damage that was caused. Not very good customers service to leave a home, homeowners property damaged and not do anything but try to pass blame.
