The guys in there are super friendly and helpful. They make sure to explain how your rental items work and answer all questions you have. I rented a carpet cleaner/wet dry vaccum because my basement flooded. The employees went above and beyond to help us out and the vaccum we rented was a little powerhouse! Within about four hours that carpet was dry as a bone in the desert! That machine was a beast and I made sure to tell them about it when I returned because it was a newer model they had just received. I told them how grateful I was for all their help. They charged me for four hours even though I had went over time by a little bit. 20 out of 10 would 100% recommend to anyone who needs to rent a tool. Thanks again you guys! Keep up the good work!
Horrible Services Nasty Attitudes(Young Manager) 1. Waited in line for 15 minutes 2. Waited 30 minutes for my food 3. When I bit down on my corndog it was still frozen. 4. As many as 10 customers waiting on food as well.... 5. No apologize 6. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK
