It is with great sadness to announce that Joanna Pantazis, who single-handedly ran A1-Elite Transportation for the last 8 years lost her valiant battle with cancer on May 1st, 2020. She worked 18-hour days, 7 days a week to give her clients the best possible service. She went the extra mile to make people happy and feel special. She valued and respected her business associates as well as her drivers, making sure they represented A1-Elite Transportation with grace and class. Joanna will be greatly missed for she was a one of a kind individual people rarely have the opportunity to meet and work with. May you rest in peace sweet Joanna. At this time A1-Elite Transportation is closed. Future ownership will have no affiliation to prior management.

Honestly, I could not have picked a better company to work with, and I will use them every single time I need transportation while I am in Florida. The customer service level is beyond incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Joanna and she made every single detail that I planned come true. I surprised my wife with a cruise and a limo ride to and from the port, and it could not have turned out any better. Joanna, made sure that everything will remain a secret and she really took care of us. Down to calling the hotel to ensure that we arrived safely! The driver was friendly and arrived on time both times. Hands down this was the best company to work with from the beginning to end. :) I look forward to using them again soon. If you are thinking about a company... go with this one, they wont let you down and it will be worth every dime!
Elite has become my go-to limosine service! The first time I was looking for service I shopped around for the best quotes. Ultimately I settled for Elite because of the outstanding service Joanna at the reservations desk provided. I needed to schedule a second reservation 5 months later and I knew exactly were to call. To my astonishment Joanna remembered me!! The customer service I received from both Joanna and my driver that day were excellent! Will definitely be booking with them again in the near future!
I've booked A1 Elite transportation services for our top management executives and they were very satisfied with the service received. Their vehicles are very comfortable. I will contact Joanna next time I need car service. She is very helpful and courteous .
