So I went to get my sunroof repaired,front parking sensors and duke door plug repair. After a week all they repaired was the front sensory after telling me that the fuel door was fixed and the sunroof bracket will be replaced once delivered. No contact.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! SHANE & HIS TEAM WERE AWESOME! Shane is Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles any question he has the answer for it. They are very helpful and most of all VERY caring. From the greeter till the moment you walk out. Everyone says hello and acknowledges you. We went with our toddler and infant and everyone helped us around when needed with the stroller. We went back in October 2020 and saw the Stelvio. test drove it and completely fell in love; white w/ red interior. however we kept shopping options because we had 5 months left on lease and this was a downsize but our hearts were truly set despite us downsizing from 3 to 2 rows. January 2021 we emailed Shane, he responded immediately and gave us a deal we COULD NOT reject. we literally took our plates and left a different dealer to go pick up our Now newest member of the family! I would recommend this dealership and Shane to Everyone. Shane and his team is the reason we got this car that we wanted so much. THANKS SHANE AND THE ALFA ROMEO TEAM!!!!!

My stelvio had a warranty repair today. The service level executed was amazing. Julia at front desk always greeting politely and Steven met me at the desk and along David the service manager. I also test drove a 2021 with Shane. Such a welcoming feeling and exceptional professionalism. Everything well explained and left with knowing I will be back.
