The driver was very nice and did a very good job dropping off and positioning the storage container in the exact position that suited our needs. There was a little confusion when we received our billing statement, but a short email to the company was all it took for them to take immediate actions to correct everything to our 100% satisfaction. There are lots of companies and businesses out there, so it's a very competitive world, I must say that American Trailer knows how to stand out from the rest of the pack by giving the type of customer service that keeps its customers happy and coming back for more. We rented a 54' trailer to use as storage while we built our commercial bakery. The service was great and the trailer was solid....just what we needed. This is a good company to work with.
First rental experience was around 2006. Then, as now, the equipment was ideal and the staff responsive. My current rental began with a “no warning” immediate need of storage due to a major oversight of a logistics planner! One call... in just minutes a solution was offered within the hour confirmed and I don’t remember the exact timing but the units were on site! Incredible! Professional folks that know their business. I wouldn’t call anyone else!
West was great!! Service was great. West was able to deliver the container exactly where we wanted it. It was a tight space and he made it Happ'em Capp'em!!!
I have rented from ATR multiple times. Good price, Friendly people. I had an issue with a conex door not closing very well, and they promptly came out to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend.
