The worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. Not only do they lose uniforms, they lie about setup and cancellation fees. Its turned into a 5 year nightmare. When the rest of the country is doing what they can to help each other, they keep raising prices. Unbelievable.

The salesman lied about setup fees and they keep transferring to different people so the problem never gets addressed. The salesman wont return our calls and the driver is oblivious to any of those problems. They say that we owe them 300 that we never agreed to. Very dissatisfied. i would recommend another uniform service.

Try to find a linen place with no contracts. I wanted to get out of the contract and was willing to pay the fee. They said will charge you for the next few years of services to break the contract. It’s like having a linen time share there. The service is hit or miss depending on driver. It was common for us not to get mops for the restaurant. We need a mop daily. I had a hand sanitizer service with them as well. The sanitizer was never changed even if I had to attach the dirty towel bag to it with a note saying out of sanitizer. The welcome rug was rarely switched out depending on driver. It was bad enough where I had to just put it away because we couldn’t use it.
