All of the staff are very professional and super nice. I have been a patient for several years, and when necessary, they have accommodated a last minute appointment should the need ever arise. Dr. Bui always takes the time each visit to explain her recommendations, and it's clearly evident that she cares about her patients, and is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the information she shares. I would be remiss if I didn't recognize Partick, who has such a keen eye for style when helping me select new frames. He is also a genius when I ask him to realign my glasses each month after I've bent them or forgot to take them out of pocket before I sit down. Kudos to everyone there!

Was my first eye doctor experience. I made the appointment based on a friend's recommendation and I was not disappointed. I was promptly greeted and seen by the doctor with almost no waiting. After my thorough exam and explanation of the results, I was moved over to the sales area for my first pair of glasses. Alan immediately worked with me and based on the shape of my face gave me frame choices that I instantly approved of. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable.

Bay Hill Eye Care is an amazing place to go for your eye care needs! Their staff is caring, and kind and makes even an emergency visit an easy experience. Dr. Bui is an awesome doctor that’s very knowledgeable that made me feel very calm and helped explain my situation to me in terms I would understand. I would recommend them any day!

Dr. Bui is truly the best optometrist I have ever met. Not only is she extremely professional but goes above and beyond to educate patients on the science of the eye. The other staff is truly great as well. From make sure wait times are extremely short to helping you find the perfect frame. Every year I claim I will find a place closer to where I live but they experience at Bay Hill continues to bring me back.
