I've donated at MANY places before and this was by far my best experience. As a new donor here my wait time was half as long as any other new donor wait time. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Abby was the one who stuck me and she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable after I let her know about my fear of needles. She even covered the needle with an extra piece of gauze so I didn't have to see it in my arm. I will be donating here from now on!

I went with proof of my social security and my license but they would not take my address even with the leasing form and my car insurance bill that proves my address. Incredibly ridiculous I have to spend close to an hour trying to prove I LIVE HERE. Imagine the people wanting to donate that don't have a place to stay and really NEED the money. As far as I'm concerned I've lost respect for this place completely. Huge waste of my time. If you're donating plasma there are so many better places around here, don't waste your time with this staff.
They are not nice to latin people especially at the front desk.
Brought my brother down to donate. He checked the website and called ahead before to make sure they would accept a bank statement as the proof of address. When we arrived, he was told that they definitely do not accept this. He knew the name of the person he talked to at the center, but that person was not there to confirm the conversation. When he asked to speak to a supervisor, he was told there was no supervisor there who could speak with him. So, either the check-in person was lying, or the staff works without direct supervision... Not certain which is worse... EDIT: Since the above review, we have been twice more. Each time is more and more unprofessional. We asked 4 employees the same question and actually got 4 different responses. It almost like they have no training on policies at all. As a side note, I got a response from the owner who 'understands my frustration' and that 'someone from their leadership will reach out to me soon'. That was a week ago... No other response from them. So I assume there is no one in a leadership role - which is pretty self-evident. Do yourself a favor, save time and frustration - go to a different donation center.
