I needed to buy a card game for my girlfriend for Christmas, and I had waited till the 21st (stupid). I called and asked if they had it in stock, but they didn't. Where most stores employees would simply say "Sorry, we don't have it", their response was "We can make that happen". They sent someone to their distributor early to pick up a copy of the game. Hell yeah! Unexpected and exceptional.

LOVE this place. Beer and free games. They have super smash bros and magic the gathering tournaments. So sick. Happy hour is 2 beers for 4 dollars. It get busy so doing homework is a bad idea. Plus, if you take up a table with homework, you kill the other games planned for that night... so for the love of your god don't do take up a table for homework.

I've only played Magic the Gathering Online or the stand alone PC games, so I was a little nervous walking in here by myself not knowing anyone. Yet, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I believe the gentleman working was named Elliot and he was very friendly and helped explain a bunch of stuff to me. The people who showed up to play games were also very friendly and patient with new players. If you're into card games give this place a try.

I am beyond done with this store. After living here for 3 years and this being the closest location, I will willingly go out of my way to never give this location my business again. For starters, half the time when I enter the store the employees are playing games with customers and I cannot recognize anyone. So I need to sit at the counter or start glaring at people to get some service. Not to mention how incompetent the employees there are. I have called on multiple occasions to ask if they had specific Games Workshop paints, and with the most lackluster, unwilling tone in their voice they tell me "...yeah, I'm not going to be able to find this.". What's the point of even calling if your employees don't know where things are, and I have to travel into the store just to find it on the shelf in 10 seconds? If you had taken the time to actually look you would have found what I needed easily!! It's not like you were busy, you were at the counter with barely anyone in the store not 5 minutes after I called! Thirdly, I had a major fiasco with a games workshop order that literally took a month to get due to miscommunication with the distributor. I was calling every week, being promised that my models would arrive, only to be told that they didn't and that they didn't even have tracking info on certain items despite telling me otherwise. Look, if you want a decent place to play Smash, this is it. But good luck getting anything else if you come in on those days. The place is a zoo during Smash tournaments and I have had to shove past other people just chatting with the employees at the counter so I can buy something. I'm never coming here again. Which is probably a godsend for the employees since it seems they're incapable of even dealing with that much. If you want great service, a better layout, better product knowledge and a better group/environment for Magic or Warhammer, go to Campus Cards and Games 2 or Coolstuff.

I really loved playing here the last time I was in Orlando. Great shop and well organized. The in shop bar was a really nice touch and I definitely want to come here again.
