Nicely done! The entire experience was very pleasant. The design person was on time arriving to my house. Dylan had couple of suggestions but listened to what I wanted to accomplish and the final product is soo nice. I was lucky they had an opening couple of days later and I took it. So my entire closer was done in leas than a week!! I called again and asked for additional shelves which they will provide me with as the customer service lady assured me. The two gentleman who came the day of installation were very polite, quick at doing their job and cleaned up every debris before leaving. My overall experience is real good one and my next project with them is my laundry room and garage!

Master bedroom closet installation. Everything was great. The installers were knowledgeable. They wore their masks at all time and kept their distance. They worked diligently, quickly and professionally. I was very happy with their installers work. As to my contract, I was supposed to get soft close drawers and doors. I got my soft closed drawers. My doors are clear Lucite doors as opposed to glass which is more expensive. Therefore, I was later advised that I could not get the soft close on my doors as they were not heavy enough, like glass, to require the soft closed hinges. Hence, I was provided with different hinges. Now, when I close the doors in my closet, I have to hold them so that they do not slam. I was given a 25 credit for the soft close door hinges. Please note that each door has 4 hinges for a total of 12. I would have preferred they installed the soft closed door hinges because the doors slam when you close them. I'm a bit disappointed about that. Otherwise, I love my closet. It is organized and for a small closet like mine, it makes it feel expansive.

Timely, organized & Followed protocol. Recommend the team leader to discuss the design ordered and specs with the other installers prior the start of the project: I had specifically indicated NOT to cut my baseboards. Discovered during my final walk that One installer failed to do this in one of my closets leaving a visible less than desired gap which he repaired on the spot. Also noticed they did not vacuum the floor prior sealing the front in my master. I need to find a small device to clean behind all closets. Otherwise I’m pleased.

Excellent experience. The closets are exactly what we expected and what we designed with Design Specialist, Dylan. The installation team (Jose and Billy) was on time and very easy to work with. They did not leave until they knew we were happy. We would highly recommend this company.

I am really happy with the work. We asked for several custome made closets, a pantry, laundry room, a butler's pantry and a garage storage. Everything was designed and made by closets by design. Lori went to take measurements and designed every space with our needs, then, the installers arrived on time and did everything on the same day and did a great job. We had an issue with a piece at the end, but they send someone write away to fix it and did a great job! We are so happy with everything. We really recommend closets by design.
