I ordered three items from D Zee in January of this year. The products were not shipped for over a month and I heard nothing from D Zee while waiting, I had to follow up to find out the status of the order. I received two of the three boxes listed on the shipping label. When I called to follow up on the missing box, I was told that I had signed for all 3 boxes -- which was not true, they were left by UPS without a signature. I asked when the third box would be shipped and was informed there were actually five boxes. I called on a Friday to inquire and was told that someone would get back to me on Monday. It is now Thursday and I have not received a response. Very poor customer service and I will not order from them again. I give them an F overall for service and dependability. Looks like the only way I can rectify this is to dispute the charge on my credit card.
