Signed in at 0725 and I was #5 on the list. Due to COVID19, Went to my car to wait. 0750 I was called on my cell phone and I went in. Very profession man processed my new ID card and answered all my questions. Very great service and I was out the door, all said within an hour...tops. Thanks for the prompt service.

Tremendous experience, very simple process, you sign and you wait in your car to be called. They have a very good system with this Covid happening. They were helpful and answered all my questions. IT IS A WALK IN OFFICE, First in First serverd. Thank u Guys!!

Arrived at 0733 in uniform for a CAC renew. Sign up sheet was in the hall. I was number 12. I didn't get called into the building until 0949. I even noted \in uniform.\ Once inside,, i didn't get called to the room till 1012. The process definitely needs improvement. In my many years of service, AD in uniform has always had priority. The two individuals working in the room were average (one training the other). Nothing great with regards to customer service. In my opinion at least two stations should be open to process customers. There are two desk in there.

Dimmy lit hallways, the floors in the ID office look like they havent been mopped in years. They only had 1 person on shift who was working. (He was very professional and curtious, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.) Waited almost 3 hours. Could not get ahold of them on the phone to set an appointment so had to do walk in. This place seriously needs new/better leadership. I did get everything I needed which is nice. I hope this place gets better instead of feeling like I was inside of a trap house.

This is the worst and best place to try and get your ID card renewed or made. It's hit or miss if you go here on your day off. I wish I could make a complaint to the DOD people that run this place, but civilians are the laziest! Next time I go I will ask the person for his office number that works. The paper outside on the door never works.
