I was in town to help my mother move into a new place. I was surprising her and buying her a bed however, since I was from the area I googled a few places. We went to the store to claim an exchange for a return that I made some time in February of this year-2020. Despite the fact that the original receipt did not have the right information of the returned products, when I explained to Richard Rios the staff I found, he listened and assured me that he was going to contact his manager. When I talked to the manager, he too was very understanding. We got exactly what we wanted and we were very appreciative that Richard helped us load the mattresses to our truck without Showing poor attitude. Thank you Mattress Warehouse for keeping your standards high.
