We lost our very expensive camera that we had purchased spacificly for our disney trip. We didn't notice until the next day and all we knew was we had it last in animal kingdom. The time we waited on hold was a bit higher than normal but the wait was well worth it. The second Bob asked what the 1st picture on it was I knew that it was found and i nearly broke down. The quickness and kindness of the cast members was so overwhelmingly fantastic I could never be gratful enough. Thank you Disney!
I lost my sunglasses on a water slide in Tyhoon Lagoon and they found them without a problem. Completely hassle free and the lady at reception was extremely helpful.
