Great learning center for children to learn meal prep and kitchen gardening

I had the pleasure of going on a field trip with my child to see the Emeril Lagasse Foundation kitchen, & it was more than I could ever hope for! The kids knew coming in that they would be gathering items to make a salad; but I do not think that any of them realize how much fun they would have in the garden as well as in the kitchen... All the children had a blast, and the wonderful staff made it that much more enjoyable. They broke down the steps that go into gardening, and how it is an endless process of planting and harvesting. Be sure to check this place out it is absolutely wonderful!! _ #OCS #Rotr
