If I could give zero stars. The account they had me work last week told my class and I they are cutting the staff. They said if we didn’t receive an email to come in. I log in today and then they said you didn’t receive an email invite then get off. I deserve a professional call to have a better understanding because the way they did not was very unprofessional. They done this to one of my close friends as well and they didn’t understand why they are still hiring and I was a few class after them.

My experience with the company is good. They give me the opportunity without experience and I really appreciate it. As a bilingual costumer service representatives. In Fanueil we are family. Thanks

Fanuil is a company where they don't give you a break or lunch breaks! They have managers and supervisors who will tell your personal business to other employees that jeopardize your safety of your life! They will not take any action before hand on any employees who threatening your life who have already been aware of the situation. There have been many accidents and situations where a couple of employees have been shot at by another employee and there friends and nothing has been done. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK!

The latest troubling report comes from from Daytona’s WESH. The station reported Friday that just 2% of calls to a state-contracted unemployment call center were actually answered. The center, run by the Fanuiel company on a 17 million emergency contract, received 864,000 calls last week. Only 9,000 of them were actually answered, the station reports.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Pay is okay. No real benefits for employees. They have 1 coffee machine and they make you pay for it. I’ve never worked for a call center like this seems like they are learning how to really be a call center and allow anyone to be promoted to supervisor/team lead.
