Same as other reviewers. I paid for league for my child last year in Aug 2018 and nothing materialized. I repeatedly asked Richard Gerst for a refund and no communication. What a scam! This guy needs to be brought to justice.

I Paid for my sons spot on a team during the beginning of registration. I have been calling for 3 months for information, left multiple messages, and have received no follow up regarding where my money is or any team info. I played in this leagued as a child and it was NEVER like this. I’m now the owner of Innovative Development Training and I will make sure none of our younger clients ever sign up for this league.
I have been trying to get a refund since October. No return emails, no return phone calls, nothing. When I did get a hold of Rich he always happens to be out of office and says he will call back when he is in front of his computer, which he never does. My son played a few seasons here and it is a shame it came to this. We are now with the Jr. Magic league and love it!!!
I wish I had seen these bad reviews before I decided to allow this organization to utilize our gym. I know to do my research next time. He utilized our gym to have his basketball tournament. He still have not even attempted to pay the gym rental fee. These funds go to our sports program at our school. It's a shame that our student athletes took time out to help prepare the gym in order to raise money for their season but was let down by Richard. I will not be doing business with him ever again!!
Completely incompetent and disorganized. Took our money, ignoring our requests for refund. League was suppose to start 3 weeks ago, payment was sent 6 weeks ago. Avoid at all costs! Will update review if FULL refund is provided within 15 days. We do not accept the refund policy of a full refund minus 30 admin and 10 uniform fee if paid before first game.
