I'm not sure why there are bad reviews for this company. We got our Universal tickets at a BIG savings and printed the tickets at the Will Call Kiosks (easy to find and no lines). I had a question before our trip about a child's ticket and the agent answered right away and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There was also a promotion for an additional 20 off so all together we saved around 160 on three tickets. I'll buy my tickets here again for sure.

Purchased tickets for Kennedy Space Center. Wanted to use them for 2/6/2020. Get the tickets emailed to me and they were only good thru Dec 31st 2019. So emailed them and they said they would refund if I sent them proof I purchased new ones from Kennedy directly so I did. Waited 10 days and finally called after 35 min on hold got approval refund less 10%. Which was 22.00 on the 220.00 tickets. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I knew the tickets were non-refundable but the dates weren't clearly posted. Lousy customer service!!! Get tickets elsewhere!!!!
Ordered my Disney tickets through Tickets at work. Com and easily scheduled my pickup date. The building was in a very noticable area and made it quick to find with the sign. Decent sized parking lot. Nice patio area out front for anyone to enjoy. Went inside showed my ID and printed confirmation. The lady who helped us (sadly forgot her name) was very sweet and eager to answer any questions that I had. Told us about the other pamphlets and coupons they had just in case we were interested. Gave us a map and guide for our event and asked us if we had any questions. Waiting room is very pretty and well decorated. Also the process was simple and quick so everything took about 10 minutes to take care of everything! So yes I would definitely feel more than comfortable to trust them and come back to do buisness with them again!
You may think you are saving but as soon as you hit the checkout button, the tax added on is ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money. I wanted a one day Disney ticket and the price said 125 (133.13 on Disney's website), then I clicked the checkout tab and the price was 140.
The cheapest tickets I found and I looked alot of places. Will recommend them and will use them again. All tickets are as advertised
