So I visited Hanover and fell in love with the view- absolutely beautiful. I visited the unit I am currently renting. It still needed some touch ups but was told everything will be fixed prior to move in day. I was so excited when I picked my key, but when I got to the unit the floor was dirty, there were flies everywhere and the place still needed some touches. I didn’t want to start my living situation with a complaint so I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and a spatula to get the place ready myself- I didn’t even report that to the office. I was barely here during the first week, but on the second week, I noticed there were bugs and insects everywhere and I mean the place is INFESTED. I have put work orders, contacted the office and even stopped by- still nothing. An employee told me that because I live on the first floor and there’s water around us, this was expected. So management knows and put no seal under the glass doors? There’s literally an Opening under the doors which is an invitation to bugs and insects in my “luxury” apartment. I am so overwhelmed and I’ve only been here for 3 weeks. I have to clean things over and over, I have thrown food away; I put cotton in my ears to prevent things from crawling in and I fear that my brand new furniture is gonna be ruined by insects. I guess they are just gonna keep offering deals to reel people in, but who’s gonna stay? I, for one, am not sure if I’m gonna finish my contract if things don’t get fixed, let alone renewing the lease. It’s sad that such a beautiful property is being so poorly managed. I will update if anything gets done, but I am so disappointed so far. I would not have rented here knowing what I now know. Update: Carly and the maintenance crew has been working to address the issues I have been having, pest control has also stopped by. I moved in because the view and the amenities are absolutely beautiful. I hope to feel more at home once everything is fixed.

We were the first residents at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Management is so kind and responsive. Maintenance orders get taken care of quickly. On top of that the property is gorgeous. Great amenities—gym, pool table, movie room, office, entertainment space, outdoor games, resort-styled pool. There's also a huge path on the inside of the property that you can walk around which is nice for evening strolls. The only reason we are leaving is because we wanted to go somewhere with a patio so we can test out our green thumbs and hopefully not murder too many plants! Thank you to Carly and Hanover for making the last 15 months so great.

I just moved to this place and I'm already so happy with it. I had one minor maintenance issue and Alex fixed it immediately with zero problems. He's always super friendly and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. The only hiccup that I've seen is it seems to be hard to order UberEats or DoorDash here. I haven't quite figured that part out yet. I just moved back to the area after being gone for four years and this place popped up out of nowhere while I was gone. I'm so glad to have found it when I did. You can't beat the location and the house is so open with a ton of storage. I highly recommend this spot.

This apartment complex truly is a luxurious residential One of the nicest apartments in the Dr. Phillips area and for a great price. The staff at the front office are super nice and very helpful. They’re attentive, energetic, and super devoted to their residents and property. I went on a tour with Lani, who was sooooo much fun!! She’s so funny and very down to earth. Everyone there was very pleasant and personable, but Lani demonstrated such passion and knowledge about the complex, and was very informative in response to my questions and concerns. If you go on a tour— ask for Lani, because it’ll sure be quite the special experience!

Maintenance does such a great job on keeping up with the property. We have been here over a year and have been VERY pleased. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have had a few issues with Amazon deliveries but that is the only negative i can say! Highly recommend you check this property out....
