Great place to work. Amazing staff, training, and facility. I do think they have a couple kinks in the training but I believe it will get better in time. They strive to be better and better. That to me is a sign of a great business.

I worked a whole week and I did not get paid for my 32-40 hours. I should not be held responsible for their system issues of Five9 not working. I was only paid for 19 hours to which I was on the clock and in the chat room with Tia Butterfield and Jennifer as they know I was there. I want my other part of my pay or I will have to take legal action.

Uncaring.... I worked 2 years with this company. I got sick and took a leave then came back. I put in a 2 week notice due to a out of State move but that was cancelled due to a sick landlord who owned the home I was to move in...this was the same week I put in for the two weeks notice. I spoke to several managers including Deborah Washington who was the operation manager...she stated that she had this notice of mine and had not turned it in to payroll and not to worry this notoce would be discarded. She put it in anyway and when I notice I was not on the schedule I had several in office visits with her regarding it and was told don't worry, I'll fix it it blah blah blah...it was never fixed, I lost my job as no one i spoke to try to fix the situation and then I was put in system as a do not return ...why did I even try...was even more upset that I had this note on the account...I think there very uncaring, they do not care about anything thing besides making there quotes and getting 100% from customer feedback. Oh an organization at this place is wild... THERE Was none when I left nor for the 2 years I worked ...they cause a lot of unnecessary and stress.

I started working for the company, seem to be a great company to work for. So, in between my training my computer needed repairs so was unable to finish training, during the 1st week it was poor communication with instructor as well as payroll, I contacted the site for a entire week trying to get information about my check no response. I left several messages and wasn’t able to contact anyone by phone. I decided to email about payroll I received a group email about pay and how to enter in the info.Once I receive to info tried to login the system I have been locked out so I couldn’t send info for payment. I again emailed the person who suppose to handle the payroll and was informed that because I didn’t finish training I will not be paid for the 40 hours of work I completed. When I received the job and applied to offer letter not once in any paperwork I signed or acknowledge that if training wasn’t completed you will not be paid for the hours you work. Sound to me like that’s free labor. We be going corporate next!!!
