I loved it. I'm usually not the person to ride roller coasters, but I absolutely LOVED the Kraken. After the first drop it becomes easier... But then after that... It became so awesome! I loved it!

One of my favorite roller coasters at this amusement park. The lines were short when I came here, but sometimes they can be pretty long. This smooth ride twists and turns and at 65 miles per hour. I would recommend visiting this ride and trying it at least once when you visit the park.
Just hold your breath and get passed the queue for parking and entering the park and it isn't too bad. Consider springing for the line jumper pass and you will ride everything more than once. Great day!
Kraken is one of the best floorless looping coasters out there, and is a fun ride. Though I do prefer the likes of Hulk, Kumba, and Montu for a mega-looper coaster, you can more than get your fix with Kraken. With a large 150 foot drop, 7 inversions, and feet dangling near the track, Kraken isn't a slouch. The first loop, zero g roll, and final surprise corkscrew are my favorite moments. The ride is very well paced with large, whippy, forceful loops and rolls in the first half. The second half only has two flips, but makes up for it with a couple extra drops into trenches and tunnels, plus interaction with the water and tentacle theming at the ride's entrance. Be wary, however, that Kraken is a bit rough in the back rows. For a smoother ride, I recommend rows 1-4.
