Medical City is the worst transportation company in Orlando. They need to be put out of business. They don't care about these patients that rely on them to pick them up on time and they make the patients wait hours and hours. They cancel rides at the last minute leaving the patients with no rides to their appointments. Dialysis patients are very dependent on transportation to bring them to there treatments. Without treatments these patients can die and it seems Medical City does not care about this. Please continue to write bad reviews and also call in complaints to insurance companies so we can put them out of business.

So Very Unprofessional.. Do not use this company I scheduled a pick up through medicaid they picked-up the trip. Not only did they not call me to confirm pick up the night before they didn't have the courtesy to call me that they dropped the trip 10 minutes after I should have been picked up leaving me stranded after waiting a year to get into this doctor so had to cancel appointment. As a parent I was suppose to finally get answers on my Childs medical diagnosis but can't thanks to this unprofessional company.

Today's the first day that we have driven with Medical City Transportation so they did wonderful as a first day service let's hope that they keep up their professionalism and on-time service. We have driven with the majority of all the companies that are provided to us, But for the past three to four my son has not been able to get to any of his appointments because the transportation services provided never picked us up, came to hours passed his appointment time, or never picked us up for return pick up and left us stranded for the night. My son was diagnosed with autism and he needs to be seen twice-weekly for his speech therapy none of these appointments can be missed. That's why I hope this company works out for us.

We are in the business to transport people to Port Canaveral, but we do not have any Wheelchair vans, so We contact Medical City Transportation . They are the genuine people. They found a wonderful driver, who took great care for my client while making sure that he was happy during his visit to Orlando. Will surely use again in future.
