The process was easy from initial phone call answering all our questions and concerns. Price was exactly that they quoted. Pods dropped off and picked up moved from Orlando to New York stored in New York a few days. Everything was exactly what they said it would be all delivered on time and picked up on time. Great experience very easy yo move.

I have been calling since 10/30/20 because they dropped off a pod we did not order. I also called them again today to see when they will be picking it up and basically get told that the Orlando location manager is not answering their messages. Since its a 1-800 number it goes to a call center so I am unable to speak to someone in our location. Beyond frustrated since my movers will be here tomorrow since I have sold my home. Now a pod in the middle of my drive way blocking all the stuff I neatly placed in the garage to make my mover easier, and I can't get them to pick this POD UP!!! So if someone can pick this up today it would be great!
We find them PODS company not flexible and specially not David the salesman or manager. We agree with many of the other low rating individuals with similar experience. Storage company needs to have more flexibility and reward those that stay there for longer period of time.
Moved cross country last year. So much better than using van lines!! Since you pack your own PODs nothing gets lost or stolen. They provide local movers to help load and unload (separate charge) and you can unload on your own time line. They weren't as expensive as van lines either.
Everything went great. Terrific service. Buck was awesome!
