I’ve lived here for 6 months now. Affordable rent and I am very pleased with all they have to offer. However they are very strict when it comes to reverse in parking. Please advise your guests not to do so unless they’re trying to pay the tow fee of 135. Alex is very pleasant and helpful.

Two bedroom for 1250 with free Spectrum cable and free WiFi. Has to pools and hot spas. Safe area and gated community. Has a security guard at night that walks grounds. Walking distance and around the corner to Starbucks, Chipotle and others. There is a pool hall bar across the street. Bicycle distance to Walmart, Publix and other similar stores.
The property manager Alex is very helpful and always smiling very friendly and remarkable customer service. This is a beautiful condominium with two sparkling pools with jacuzzi's and a perfect size gym. Yarline is outstanding always busy and still able to help.

Entrapment! I parked my vehicle there and met my friend for a day together. I checked the website before I left and made sure to follow all signs regarding my vehicle. I backed into a parking space and left it for the day. I returned to find my vehicle gone. We contacted the towing company and found out my vehicle was towed for backing into the space. It cost me 135 to get the vehicle out. Here is the reason for the 1 star review, no one, not on the website, nor on the 7 parking signs on the property, did it mention that I could not back in the vehicle. It is only included under the community rules, a document that was included in the lease packet, and not disclosed directly to guests. I received no warning. The management company is refusing to refund me and has been unhelpful to my pleas.
