Rented my wife a scooter and they delivered it to the resort as promised. The first day we didn’t have any issues with the scooter and the second day it started acting up and just quit working and after about 15 minutes it started working fine. The third day she went to Epcot and got stranded in the back of the park, she called and spoke to an employee and had them to pick up scooter, they actually wanted her to push scooter to the front of the park. I’m not sure what they were thinking but if a person needs a scooter to get around then I don’t think pushing a scooter is an option. I do realize that anything can happen on any given day but customer service was rude when she called the company and It took them almost 2 1/2 hours to get there to pick up scooter and no apology from customer service at all, no offer of refund for last day of usage and by the time they got there we ( wife and daughter) had to leave to go back to the resort and go the airport to catch a flight.

Our scooter was supposed to be delivered at 7 PM last night. Then we were told delivery would be postponed until 9. I spoke to an agent last night who ensured me our scooter was delivered to the hotel. My husband (a disabled vet) walked sown to the office for the fourth time this morning only to be told the scooter never arrived. Customer service does not open until 8 AM but we are heading to the Magic Kingdom only to shell out more money for a scooter even though Scooterbug already charged me 166 for a scooter that never arrived. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Not wanting to take a chance getting a scooter for my mother each day at Disney, rented a mobile scooter with extra battery for our entire stay in mid-January. Couldn't have been more happy with the equipment and service, at our hotel when it was supposed to be and I even decided to call the day before to add a back basket, customer service was very helpful and basket was on there. My mother was actually touched we had done this for her, thanks so much!! Would definitely rent from them again.

Went to book a scooter and had the absolute rudest representative who literally wouldn’t allow me to book the scooter I wanted, spoke to me like I was an idiot the entire time, and snapped at me when I asked for clarification. Each time I asked about a certain scooter, she would just bark a price at me- not even telling me what the price was for. Ex: “I want light portable” “You said you were using the shuttle service!! You can’t get that. Your total is 130.” “For what model? Is it portable?” “No! You said you were using the shuttle service. Okay, your total is 160” I ended up hanging up because all she did was bark totals at me without telling me what I was even purchasing. I used best price mobile, and the ladies were very kind and answered every question. I will never use this company.

I had some questions about scooting on Disney transportation - ferries and monorail (all will), and also about the battery pack for the lite-rider (can be carried on the scooter). Vanessa had all the answers, was very professional and patient and helpful about comparing the various scooters available. She didn't even ask me how to spell my name - a first!
