Beautiful, peaceful resort. We stayed in a one bedroom villa for six nights. The pools are heated and the staff was friendly and helpful. Some things were closed due to COVID-19 precautions but it was just wonderful. No issues at all and safe, convenient location in proximity to all of the Orlando parks and fun.

Awesome hotel especially for families and especially for the price. From someone who usually stays in hotels that can run 400 to 1500 a night, at around 150, this hotel is a steal. Very clean. Great staff that's very responsive. Large rooms make the resort less crowded especially at the pools. Recently remodeled.

What an absolute gem of a Resort!! Stunning and beautiful pools, incredibly helpful and friendly staff plus wonderful dining options. We never had to leave the Resort for anything. Everything we wanted was at our fingertips and easily accessible. We had so much fun that my entire family cannot wait to come back for our next visit!

The property is great and the employees are helpful, there just aren’t enough of them. The first night we were here we pulled out the couch for our son, but there wasn’t any extra bedding in any of the closets. After multiple calls that played a recording telling us how great the Sheraton Vacation Club is we finally contacted guest services and they said they would bring some bedding. After a couple of hours I finally had to hang the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door because it was so late we had to get the kids to bed. We just used a sheet and pillow off our bed. It never came the next day either. Today I went to the front desk and there are only a couple of people working for what is a huge resort. People behind me were grumbling about the wait. I asked for some supplies for the room and was told it would be a long wait because they were so busy. (I’ll actually be surprised if they ever show up.) Then I walked down to the one restaurant that is only open for carry out and that took forever too, between standing in line and waiting for my sandwich. Like a lot of hotels, I think they are using Covid as an excuse to cut their service. It’s spring break and the parking lots are full, but only one restaurant is open from 12-6 for carry out only. All the other restaurants and pool bars are closed, the water slides are closed and no one answers the phone unless you stay on hold forever.

Great hotel, but terrible check-in process. We didn't get our room until over 2 hours after check-in. No one was rude, but no one seemed to care. We got sent to a room that was still actively being cleaned. Went all the way back up to the lobby only to have the guy at the front desk say "nope, housekeeping marked it as complete". By the time we got a different room, someone called to say our original room was ready. One person apologized, but that was it. Mind you, we were checking into an owner's suite. I can't imagine the process if we were checking into a regular room. The rooms we finally got were amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The Bella pool was a lot of fun and had a great area for little kids.

My family and I love staying here. The resort is always extremely clean. We have been staying here for years. They have very good customer service. This past stay was no different. The manager that was on in the morning did everything he could to take all my needs into consideration and did everything he could to make my stay perfect. Russell, thank you very much you made my family extremely happy and helped us make some great memories in this crazy covid world. I would highly recommend this resort from it's great pools, big rooms, excellent customer service and it is always spotless. We will be back soon

Pros- Beautiful area, close to everything, a lot of things to do on site, room was huge for our big family, workers were friendly and washer and dryer was convenient. Cons- Check in process was terrible (2hours), our room was definitely not cleaned to the point of protecting us from anything let alone Covid, it smelled like wet dog when we went in, the sofa bed was not usable as it was flat and terrible even for a child to sleep in, the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything, water pressure sucked, and whatever they used on sheets made us get a rash and I had to wash everything. I would probably would not try again, rather spend the money elsewhere.

Great resort! Beautiful grounds. Attentive staff. Comfortable furnishings. My only negative has to do with the smell from the insect traps. I understand the need for them, but the smell was unpleasant.
