Its a scam. They used to be called Economy Rent a car, then Signature/Economy Rent A Car, Signature Rent a Car & now Signature Airport Parking. Read the reviews because regardless of the fine print, they'll find something to charge you for or scam you out of money. The Better Business Bureau has them and all their other buisness names on file for their shady transactions. If you use them make sure you have time to waste when you arrive and before you leave for your flight (also dont turn in your car early you will still get charged full rate) and everything you agree on has to be typed out and spelled out clearly with their and your signature on it. The pictures go in order from last to beginning. The last picture was the last review we left for them before they were permanently closed. Pictured below are the rest of their partners venture scams.

What a nightmare this place is please so not even consider renting from this place they falsely advertise their prices. They do not allow you to use your own personal insurance unless you bring proof followed by them holding a 1000 on your credit card which isn't posted anywhere to see.

I gotta tell ya... this place is AMAZING! I had to leave my car for 12 days and didn't want to pay the 7-20/day fees at other places. I was a little hesitant after reading a few reviews but I am SO GLAD I USED SIGNATURE. My total bill for 12 days was 29, and you pay ahead of time online- very convenient. The lobby is impeccably clean and the staff is extremely professional. I felt safe while dropping off and picking up my car. Our rides to and from the airport were fine- having to shuttle anywhere is annoying but we had no problems. The bus is very clean and professional looking. The driver was extremely friendly and professional. I am VERY pleased. Great job, Signature!

Purchased a Groupon to park at Best Rate Airport Parking. Attempted calling three times to reserve my parking reservation with no answer. Arrived day of my flight and was informed that the lot was full but that McCoy parking would accept my Groupon. I asked the man who redirected me if McCoy parking had a 24 hour shuttle because I return at 12:30AM - the guy said yes. I drive 20 minutes to McCoy parking and alas they do not have a 24 shuttle. Luckily the gentleman there was much more helpful and found parking accommodations at Park Me Fly - right across from Best Rate Parking on Narcoossee Rd (park there instead), unfortunately because of all the running around, I missed my flight. Luckily Gustavo at McCoy parking was very helpful, Park Me Fly was awesome, and Groupon refunded me. Don’t park here.

Only reason I give them a 1 star is because you can't give them NO Stars - please is a fraud ... I am an insurance professional and their staff forces you to buy their insurance for which they don't even know what they are selling ... they aren't licensed insurance professionals and should not be allowed to force place insurance ... THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS! They tell you insurance is mandatory because FL is a No Fault state... it is mandatory but your own insurance is sufficient ... when I asked the woman what "No Fault" insurance meant she tried to give me some off the wall explanation .... She didn't know, only what they told her to do when they trained her ... THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .... the insurance dept should shut them down because they are running an unlicensed, uneducated, illegal insurance agency not a rental car facility -- STAY AWAY

This place is a scam. I specifically requested to not have insurance included as I already had coverage through my provider. I even showed proof of coverage yet they still added the insurance charge!! Worst experience ever. Stay away from this trash heap of a business!

My experience here was awful. I parked here for the low price, but that did not make it worth almost missing my flight and waiting 40 minutes to pick my car up at the end. The morning of my flight I got here an hour and a half before my flight. What I found was a line of cars going out into the street. Somehow, despite everyone booking their parking in advance, they were woefully unprepared for the rush. This was on December 23rd, well known as a busy travel day. When I asked about the wait, they said that "the valet drivers just showed up to work right now". Well maybe you should schedule them to work earlier or have better disciplined employees then... I ended up making my flight literally as they were closing the door, and I had to sprint across the airport. It was a very stressful morning. As I'm writing this review, I've been waiting 40 minutes now for the valet to go get my car because, again, they are not prepared for the rush despite the reservations. I also spent 10 Minutes waiting in the wrong line first because there was a line out the door and they didn't have any signs telling us that there was a separate line for car pickup. At least this 40 minute wait gave me time to write this thorough review. I definitely won't be back, stay away from this place.

Even if we had the reservation they cancelled us they said they don't have any space to park. I will never book them again. They are not reliable and they even don't honor your reservation. Glad we left early so we found another place to park otherwise we would have left out flight to board. Never book here!
