Specialty Marine Contractors have been wonderful to work with from the planning phase to the finished project. We used them for a large scale project on our property, and the quality and craftsmanship of their work was excellent. They were accommodating and made helpful suggestions, when we wanted to modify our initial design. We added a walkway along the lakefront that connected to our dock system to allow for easier access to the waterfront. At the end of the day, Mike and his crew are hard workers that do quality work and make sure things are right at the time of project completion. We highly recommend this company and will continue using them for future projects.

Terrible communication and i warn anyone thinking of using this company to stay away unless you want to get ripped off. They replaced our boat docks and moved my boat lift but did not secure it properly and it blew over. When I called Mike to let him know he said \it would be very expensive for his guys to come back out there and upright my lift\. This is after we spent 100,000 to have the docks repaired. He then hung up on me when I said I wasn't responsible and never returned my calls when I attempted to speak to him again. He basically took the money and ran. Consumers beware!
Best inventory and pricing around. I have been boating my whole life and these guys know what their talking about and know how to service a boat. I highly recommend.
My dock, built by Specialty Marine Contractors, Inc in 2005 had structural issues, and by 2017 also needed surface board replacement, a little early for marine quality lumbar. Mike came out once in 2017 to re-access the dock. Despite multiple phone calls to him and his office, he has refused to give an estimate for repairs, or to come back to address the problems and take care of the dock he built.
