They did the same thing to our school group. Our trip was cancelled during the pandemic and they will not refund our money and blame United Airlines for not returning our money. I contacted United and they said that is not their policy and it is this company holding the money. Pleas do not book with this company.

We are another school that ATG is trying to steal from. They are holding over 31,000 hostage of travel funds that were refunded by SW Airlines. Did you know that SW Airlines even offered the extra accommodation of issuing SEPARATE travel vouchers for each passenger (due to Covid) and ATG took the lump sum instead knowing that they would put such impossible rules on them then pocket the remaining balances that families had to \forfeit.\ THIS IS THEFT. Shady and unethical. I have my email thread(s) to prove this. Eric should be ashamed!!!

The Air Travel Group has been fully refunded by the airlines we booked with, in cash, and instead of refunding us, they are offering a voucher so restrictive it is practically unusable. They are acting unethically and trying to profit off the backs of students and unaccompanied minors. Tell your travel groups and corporate travel agents to not use Air Travel Group. They are not an honest company. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We are losing 1200 due to their shameful and criminal business practices. Disgusting. Update: ATG is willing to discuss options about our cancelled flights. I hope this situation can be worked out and ATG will do the right thing by passing along the refund they received in our students’ names. I will update this review further if necessary.
