More of a 4 1/2 stars. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious . Our waiter was great and even showed us how to swing. Fun place to go for date night. The space seems too crowded for 6 people, not enough seating in the Bay. Other than that, this an Orlando repeater for sure!

We decided to stop at this location as our hotel was nearby and resting from a week at the big parks. We truly enjoyed our time there at bay 214. The server and staff made it even more enjoyable and comfortable for my family. We decided on appetizers then lunch. They were able to accommodate our food needs and the food tasted wonderful. This is the best location we have been to so far. If we are in Orlando again this place will be a must stop.
Love everything about this place. The food, the customer service, and the ambience. We have gone to brunch before and let me tell you..AMAZING! Today we decided to try dinner and it also did not disappoint. Loved everything about every meal we have had here.
Our server was nice. I order tots and fries. Fries were not hot. Tots only semi warm. I sent the fries back and asked for another tot instead. Those were only just semi warm as well. Was hoping for hot food.
They have the opportunity to make reservations it only really benefits if you want second or third level. First level ground floor first come first serve. Mr Reid was very friendly and energetic. He was a great and very enthusiastic to give us the basics of how to play the game I can see why he's was chosen to be a team leader in a short time of his employment. The only reason they're missing a star from their rating is because I got there 15 minutes before my reservations and then 5 minutes after I should have been at my bay I was still waiting so I asked the person what's the point of making reservations if you're not going to make sure that I'm seated at my time. But as I say Mr Reid changed my whole disposition because of his personality and professionalism. My family really enjoyed themselves we went for my youngest son it was his 12th birthday.
