I stored two suitcases with Wrap N' Fly at the Orlando Airport after coming back from a Disney Cruise early in the day and waiting for our later afternoon flight back to the West coast. It was great to have this service at the airport. It's fairly straight forward. Note that the suitcases were not totally secure. They get zip-tied shut and placed in an open and visible area roped off in a lobby. The luggage is tagged and you receive the matching tag stubs to be used upon picking up the luggage. This cost me 7/ suitcase. I didn't use the wrap service, but I saw it in process with some other customers when I came back to pickup my luggage to go check-in for or flight. It is what it sounds like- a large machine spins the suitcase and wraps them in a Saran-wrap type of plastic. I think this is for added security. And probably added cost. Basically, yes, I will use them again.
These guys are amazing the customer service is way up and above. The prices are very reasonable to be able to leave your bags and go spend the day in Orlando. I flew in (bags with them for the day and then pick them up that evening. They are guys that have integrity and I’d really recommend them to anybody
This is the 2nd time we used wrap n fly. The first time was in the summer and we had 2 pieces of odd shaped art work to check in the cargo. Kenny and his team wrapped it meticulously and arrived with not a scratch and our niece is enjoying it ever since on her wall. Recently I was traveling with a lot of gifts in our luggage and wanted it wrapped for security and once again Kenny and his team did the trick. Great big personality and equal service to match. You have a customer for life.
We were looking for a wrapping service in November at the Orlando airport for our 2 beloved guitars that we just got. As we didn't have any hard case, we were concerned about finding a way to bring them back to France. The only solution the airline company gave us was to book a ticket for each guitar so we can bring them on the plane... 1 ticket was more expensive than our 2 guitars reunited...crazy. So we tried to find another solution, which was finding a wrapping service. The man at the welcoming desk gave us Kenny's number. Kenny offered on the phone to pick the guitars up and wrap them up for us so we don't need to carry them around but his store was on our way so we stopped there. What can I say... This was the best idea we ever had. It was so much more convenient for us and way cheaper than buying 2 flight tickets. It was so worth it ! Our guitars were well protected and arrived undamaged after 9 hours. Moreover, Kenny is such a great person. He has a big heart, he's generous, passionate, he loves God, loves people. We had such a great conversation. It was so nice meeting you and seeing you work with such a humble heart. Thank you again for your help !! I definitely recommend !
