I went to Orleys for a special order hearth. They called, and got me a price right away. I went to another store in town, and it took 20 minutes to speak with someone. He told me he couldn't call for a price until the afternoon. At this point I didn't care about a price difference, I went back to Orleys and ordered it, just because their customer service was MUCH better. The other store just called, and their price is 50 more.

I have went to Orleys many times. If you are looking to buy a stove or hot tub I would recommend them. They are nice and have good customer service but the main reason is they have more knowledge on stoves and hot tubs so when you have an issue they can fix it or tell how to fix it much better than the other stores.
Call ahead if you'd like a whole pallet and they are pretty accommodating! Nice, friendly, level-headed staff.
Employee was very rude to my wife .It took almost 2 months to fill our order. We were told a specific date to come pick up our order and after a 75 mile drive they told us no one was available to load our stove and we had to go back the following week, whole experience was terrible. I can't recommend them for anything.
They came when they said they would and did a great job. Would recomend them
