This must be the rudest proprietor I have ever dealt with. We dropped our cart off on November 19th to have the batteries replaced. They were under warranty. With the holidays upon us I didn't bother them till January 8. I had one of our employees call to see if the cart was really for pick up and they told him they would get back to him in a few days. When I called to ask exactly what that meant, they called our employee a \twerp\ and told me it would take another week or so. Really 7 weeks was not enough time to replace batteries. I informed them we would pick the cart up and take it else where at our own expense to have the batteries replaced. He then informed me he was very busy and didn't have time to be bothered by me or my twerp and he would be leaving our cart out by the road. Needless to say, this guy must have some kind of mental issues if he can't even get through a phone call without calling his customers names. There are plenty of places to get quality work performed on your golf carts, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
