Extremely helpful and polite. Dan & John were terrific. Great deals! Opened acct in May and got a Samsung J7 Prime for about 50. Returned in Sept. to add a line by transferring a number and got a free Samsung J7 Prime. Plus a limited time deal can add a free third line and get a 60 credit toward a new phone or a another free phone if transfer a phone number. MetroPCS very reliable so far.
