Always friendly, even allowing for online order pickup which is often less expensive. Had one issue when picking up 2 bags of purina pro at one time, only to find BOTH had mold in them. Returned each and I was able to get them replaced no charge even though the online order wasn't signed in to my account and they weren't showing. Great product range and service, good prices.

Love this place! Employees are so very helpful. The manager is very pleasant and helpful, and i found a new little friend to bring home that stole my heart. Cooper a green cheeked conure.
My husband and I went here for supplies for our new baby ball python. The original pet store we purchased him from gave us very little information on how to care for the snake, and what we need. We ended up speaking to an employee named Max at Petco. He was extremely knowledgeable. We were very impressed with how much information he provided us with and his recommendations for habitat supplies. He really helped us and our little snake out!
I ordered on line to receive a great discount. The order was ready for me when I arrived (I received a notice prior to arrival as well). I was in and out of the store quickly!
This was Maggie's first time being groomed at this location... Jayde was her stylist... She did an excellent job with Maggie!!! Without a doubt, Jayde definitely has passion for animals... The first thing I look for is a connection between my Maggie and anyone that will be caring for her without me present... even through a stressful situation that was going on with a previous customer, Jayde maintained her composure and welcomed Maggie with a smile on her face!!!
