We are so happy to share an exemplary review for Rod's. We had a very bad experience with another local carpeting company so when we walked into Rod's we already had our guard up. Sheila greeted us and immediately provided the empathy and concern we needed to move past our other experience. So .... that very day she sent out a wonderful guy to measure and we ordered new GORGEOUS carpet. Exactly one week later -- 2 of her installers showed up and installed our wonderful carpet. It is luxurious and feels so great on our feet. The installers were professional and very good at what they do -- We could NOT be happier. My advice -- go to Rod's!

Absolutely LOVE everyone at Rod's Carpet & Tile!! If you're looking for new floors and want honest, friendly and knowledgable designers with high quality material at very reasonable prices, then don't look anywhere else!! I'm in the process of remodeling my entire house and knew I wanted new floors, however I had no idea where to begin. Millie & Eric are AMAZING!! They spent hours working with me and even came out to my house to get a better idea of the layout, lighting, etc. Millie has a true eye for what looks great...she blended my color scheme and picked out the perfect wood-look tile and I couldn't be happier!! My floors look PHENOMENAL!! The installer they recommended was awesome as well! Honestly the entire process was so much better than I ever expected! The best part about Rod's is how they treat you like family. They value customer satisfaction so much that they do what's best for you. I've already picked out the carpet for my master bedroom and can't wait to have that installed next! Thank you Millie, Eric and Shelia for helping me remodel my home!

Rod's came recommended and we are so glad we followed a friend's comments. We had vinyl plank flooring installed in our living room and guest room. The whole operation was smooth and easily handled. Eric on the showroom floor was easy to work with and very helpful. He left us alone enough to browse through almost the whole store (as we were not sure what we wanted to do.) after decision made they came within the week to measure and order. When materials arrived they came quickly and installed perfectly. Highly recommend Rod's to anyone working on flooring. Thanks very much!

Rod's carpet is a local flooring store in Ormond Beach, FL and has a staff with many years of experience and a showroom with flooring of all types to fit any need, style or budget. We worked with Mellie to purchase our vinyl planks. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of product and the company's and was able to advise us on the best product for our needs. She came out to the house to measure and she ordered just enough so we didn't have any waste. She was able to refer us to all the people we needed to prepare our space for the new flooring, lay our floor and then replace our baseboards. Everyone involved did an excellent job. Plus they were super flexible when we had to reschedule do to a delay in other work that had to first be done. Thank-you to all involved!! I highly recommend Rod's Carpet, Tile and Wood as a very reputable company.
