The reviews of missing pieces had me worried, but I received one of these puzzles for Christmas and no missing pieces :) It was a very fun challenging puzzle. Will definitely be buying more puzzles from them in the future!

Don't waste your money! I have bought several puzzles from this company. The pieces are never cut right. I always thought it was a fluke and I would buy another one. But after 6 puzzles in a row, I decided to write to the company. I took pics of the puzzle, wrote a letter, and returned the puzzle, in it's box to them, along with proof of purchase. Three weeks later, I get my box back with 'address unknown'! When I called the company, they told me that they haven't been at that address in several years, but haven't changed the address on the boxes. It took me about 20 minutes to get to a live person, and she was the rudest customer service rep I have ever experienced in my life. I will NEVER deal with these idiots again. They have 0.00 concern about their customers!

While on vacation we bought a 750 piece puzzle for a group of us to work on together. We were extremely unhappy with it. There is nothing more frustrating than to work hours on a puzzle only to get to the end and find you were short two pieces. I would not recommend a purchase of any puzzle they've made. Especially after my experience then reading other experiences on here as well. Waste of money!!

After purchasing this puzzle (Childhood Dreams 'Lucky Day') we now know exactly what "you get what you pay for" means. We used a coupon at Michael's and purchased this puzzle for 6.99 plus tax. This puzzle is terrible. First of all the small box is your only image to build the puzzle from and they covered the bottom corner of the image on the box with an advertisement. The pieces aren't your typical cut pieces and they are terribly cut. Alot of them came still attached and some of them are so thinly cut (bc they're aren't a typical shape) they won't stay together. We quit. We're putting the puzzle back in the box to return it and will never buy this brand again. Spend the extra cash on a good name puzzle.

Terrible experience with this company. I bought a puzzle (One spirit) from a distributor. It is made in China with the worst quality imaginable. The best way to describe it is that it looks and feels like a piece of garbage. The puzzle was not only missing 1 piece but had a duplicate for another one. I sent an e-mail to the company which was ignored. Ill never ever buy another puzzle from this company.
